team. Our translators are made up of native speakers of the
language and skilled linguists with extensive experience.

Our Process
We analyze the document and determine which of our language
specialists is best suited for the project. Once the project is
assigned to a translator we will keep you updated as to the
progress of the job. Upon completion the project is then reviewed by
an independent editor

From there our project leader proofreads the document and checks
for clarity, spelling and grammar errors, and consistency. At any
time our team may seek assistance from one of our cultural
consultants who may direct the team in determining an accurate
description of a vital term.

Pricing
Our goal is to provide you with the best price possible for the value
of the service you will be receiving. When initially analyzing the
project, we determine whether the document uses language that is
easy, moderate, or difficult. There is a slight price increase as the

Turnaround
Since we strive to serve as your in-house translation division, we
work on your schedule. If your project is rushed to meet a deadline,
we work with you to meet that deadline. In non-rush cases, we will
give you a realistic time frame for completing the translation. While
rush projects are necessary at times, take note that the translator
will produce a better work if given adequate time.

By most standards, a translator can translate a page (appx. 700
words) in 2 to 3 hours. This is assuming the text ranges from easy
to moderate and time is given for formatting. It is important to take
into account that paragraphs are often easier to translate than lists
of terms. A list of terms that number 300 words may take double the
time (and be doubly as long) as a couple of paragraphs that total
700 words.
